Italian with English sub-titles.

A heavy set girl of about sixteen is ridiculed by her adoptive mother to the point where she attempts suicide. While recovering in the hospital, the lass loses weight as well as her love and respect for mommy. Upon her release, a peculiar plan of revenge is put into motion where our heroine psychologically torments her mother via her budding sexuality. A very odd film.
